This is your skipass holder: it's a card with a chip that contains the skipass you bought at the ticket office or on the internet.
The ski pass is compulsory for access to the slopes. It will be automatically detected when you use our ski lifts and will give you access to the ski area.
For maximum peace of mind, we advise you to put it in the left pocket of your ski jacket throughout your stay so you don't have to worry about it!
This card is reusable!
Select your skipasses and validate your purchases. Before paying for your order online, remember to mention that you already have a Keycard. Then simply enter its number in the format: 01 - 1614 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - X.
Please note: you must enter the numbers on a card that you actually have in your hand. If you make a mistake, the gantries will not recognise your pass and you will not be able to use the lifts.
This number is printed at the bottom left of your card. It consists of 22 digits in the form 01-1614 XXXX XXXX XXXX-X.
Yes, a card that has already been topped up can be delivered to your home if your order was placed 10 days before your first day on the slopes, or it can be collected from the various collection points in La Rosière.
The support will cost you €2 when you make your first ski pass purchase online or at the checkout.
Yes, as long as the validity dates of the skipasses do not overlap.
Any medium with a number in the form 01-1614 XXXX XXXX XXXX-X is rechargeable, provided it is in working order.
Yes, this applies to all skipasses sold online or at retail outlets.
This can happen for a number of reasons: the card number entered when ordering and the card used are not the same, there is an error in the top-up date, or the card is faulty. To resolve these problems, go to the checkout with your order confirmation.
You must go to the ticket office to report the loss and present your order confirmation. A new pass will be issued for a handling fee of €10 plus the cost of a new Keycard of €2.
You can avoid queuing at points of sale. If you have a Keycard, you can top it up online or at self-service terminals in less than 10 minutes!
Your rechargeable card can be used again and again, which limits the amount of plastic waste generated. Disposable ski passes are often made of plastic or similar materials, which can take hundreds of years to decompose.

All lost items are listed and centralised at all sales outlets and at the Domaine Skiable de La Rosière - Espace San Bernardo reception desk at the Maison du Ski.
You will notice that there are no rubbish bins directly on the ski area. Bad weather, such as wind and snow, could sweep up the rubbish and scatter it. What's more, wildlife could be attracted by food scraps, which would disrupt their natural behaviour and feeding habits.
That's why it's important to take your rubbish back down to the village of La Rosière. We encourage you to use the moloks (large underground containers) to sort your rubbish.
The Domaine Skiable de La Rosière offers you the chance to store your ski equipment safely in a ski locker at the Maison du Ski, located on the snow front at La Rosière Centre. These lockers, equipped with boot dryers, can hold up to 4 pairs of skis or snowboards. To guarantee your place, remember to book your ski locker before you arrive in the resort!
